The appearance

Large to extremely large apples with a red-greenish colour and a striking red bloom. 

The taste

The light yellow flesh is firm and juicy. The pleasant sweet-sour taste makes it particularly multi-faceted. Suitable for use both as an eating apple as well as in cookery.
 

Picking

From mid-September until the end of October.
 

Storage

Extremely good storage apple the whole year. Keep cool.

Bright red mutants of Jonagold

The appearance

Because the Jonagold-mutants colour earlier, they can be picked earlier and they have a higher firmness. They have a bright red bloom on a firm green base colour.

The taste

The light yellow flesh is crunchy and tastes fresh and juicy, with a perfect sweet-sour balance.

From mid-September until mid-October.
