The light yellow flesh is firm and juicy. The pleasant sweet-sour taste makes it particularly multi-faceted. Suitable for use both as an eating apple as well as in cookery.

Bright red mutants of Jonagold
The appearance
Because the Jonagold-mutants colour earlier, they can be picked earlier and they have a higher firmness. They have a bright red bloom on a firm green base colour.
The taste
The light yellow flesh is crunchy and tastes fresh and juicy, with a perfect sweet-sour balance.
